My shyness was my nemesis and I was scared of standing out.

I didn’t feel safe fully expressing myself. I knew I had to change. I had taken the challenging route of transformation from the ‘outside in’.

What do I mean by that?

I had pretty much forced my internal feelings to change by putting myself in situations where I simply had to do.the.things.

My transformation came through:

🗣 teaching English in Japan (Nagasaki & Tokyo) for 4 years, and then in Austria, Italy and Russia

🗣️ leading overseas expeditions in the Amazon Jungle, The Galápagos Islands and other far flung parts of the world

🗣️ living in Antarctica giving daily talks to hundreds of visitors about penguins, including the late Neil Armstrong

There is however a much easier, more effective and faster way:

MindSenseMastery began with my mission to empower other women entrepreneurs to master their emotions & energy from the inside out, dissolving their business blocks and transforming from stuck and self-sabotage to SkyRocketing their Success.

Birthing my baby & business in my 40’s and losing my dad weeks after my baby boy’s arrival created a rollercoaster of challenging emotions that I thankfully had the tools to navigate.
