My shyness was my nemesis and I was scared of standing out.
I didn’t feel safe fully expressing myself. I knew I had to change. I had taken the challenging route of transformation from the ‘outside in’. I had pretty much forced my internal feelings to change by putting myself in situations where I simply had to do.the.things.
My transformation came through:
🗣️ teaching English to groups in Japan, Austria, Italy and Russia
🗣️ taking stage as the final guest speaker at The Human Document Project in Saarbruken, Germany
🗣️ leading overseas expeditions in the Amazon Jungle, Peru, The Galápagos Islands, Ecuador, Mexico, Bolivia and Borneo.
